The hotel was in a lively square in the historical city, and you could easily walk to many great restaurants. The rooms lacked the expected sophistication, were dark, hot, and noise from outside and renovations on the 6th floor were quite loud, but the price for such a prime location was reasonable. The service was top-notch with incredibly helpful staff. The dining experience was fantastic with a competitive price offering a variety of delicious options. The overall value for money was good given the location and service.

Despite some noise and lack of natural light, the hotel's fantastic service and prime location in the El Poblado District make it a great choice. The rooms are comfortable but could be quieter. The dining experience is average, but the central location near LLeras Park and nightlife spots is a major plus.
